We also help with licensing services like plan sanctioning , any other government statutory services, temporary BESCOM power, Borewell etc at no additional costs.

We do not outsource any services and have all teams in-house and hence providing better ownership and control of the project.

Team Artscape has inhouse Design team, site co-ordination team and contracting team .  We divide the project into 2 phases i.e. Design and Execution. During the Design phase the client shall be communicating with the Design team lead by our senior Architect. The design team understands the requirements and provides minimum of 2-3 options in the first cut design discussion. Post the first design presentation and based on client inputs we begin the iterative process of design edits. Once the designs are concluded it moves to the execution team, handled by our head of construction.

The execution teams provide daily site updates and are in constant co-ordination with the client. During the entire journey the design team and the senior team members keep a close monitor on the project execution to make sure it is as per our standards.

All members of team Artscape are always available to the clients. 

Team Artscape shall be glad to offer its services from the broad spectrum which we offer, as per your choice.
However most of our clients take a full end to end services i.e. from design to final home construction (excluding interiors which clients decide later as it is a separate division)  as it is more cost effective. Choosing services individually gets more expensive to clients.

Any project with a built up area of upto 7000 sqft will take 12 months for hand over from the day of starting the home construction ( this does not include interiors ).

The Cost will depend on the total built of area of the plot . For eg a 4000 sqft built up home with cost anywhere between 90L to 95L including plan sanctioning, all government statutory and taxes. However, if the client wants to increase certain specifications it may cost little more based on clients choice.
Team Artscape will support in providing all costings before the client decides to upgrade certain specifications for better clarity to client. This enables our clients to take the best decision for themselves and build their desired home.
